Free parking is a major plus. Breakfast was decent, but the omelette station could get busy. Rooms were clean but a bit noisy at night.

Very clean rooms and comfortable memory foam beds. The breakfast was excellent, especially the omelette station. The air conditioning didn't work properly during our stay, which was a bit frustrating.

The AC in our room was a disaster, blasting on and off all night right next to my bed. It kept waking me up, and those memory foam mattresses didn't help either—felt like I was sleeping on a noisy trampoline.

The layout was smart, with convenient plug-ins and spacious arrangements. A couple of quirks like a glitchy TV and unexpected fire alarms added some frustration. While it’s ideally located, the lack of easy potty access for a service dog was a bit inconvenient. Great potential for an enjoyable stay, yet some execution issues need addressing.

I enjoyed my time at Best Western Downtown Plus Music Row. The breakfast was a highlight, featuring an omelette station and plenty of choices. The location was also great, with a safe environment and easy walking access to the Gulch and Broadway. A solid value overall!

The bed was comfortable, providing a restful sleep after long days exploring. The room, however, had a persistent smell that detracted from the experience. Temperature control worked well, making it easy to adjust to my preference. Noise levels were mostly quiet, allowing for peaceful nights. Breakfast was good, with an omelet station that stood out amidst a somewhat repetitive selection. The shower could have benefited from an adjustable head instead of a fixed rain style. while the pool was a nice amenity, it lacked proper maintenance throughout the day.

The breakfast was decent, especially loved the omelet every morning. The location was perfect, easy to drive downtown or to the local malls. The cleanliness of the room was a plus, and the rainfall shower feature in the bathroom was a hit with the kids.
The bed felt like a bag of feathers on a slab of wood. Parking was inconvenient, having to go back out alone to place the tag on the vehicle.

The extras like complimentary lattes, massage chairs, and games tables added a fun touch to our weekend.
Noise from the street and partygoers passing by could be disruptive at times. the limited parking spots and occasional cleanliness issues in the rooms were a bit disappointing.

Treat yourself to a relaxing massage in the lobby. The contemporary lobby sparkles like a disco ball. The outdoor pool is perfect for chilling like a Nashville rockstar after a long day.

The location of Best Western was perfect for my visit to Music Row. The complimentary self-serve breakfast was delicious, and the staff offered great insider tips. The free parking was a pleasant surprise, and the hotel is within walking distance of trendy restaurants and the popular Gulch area.

The full, length mirror inside the door was a nice touch, and the extra hooks came in handy. The headboard with a ledge for setting items, floating nightstand with extra plugs, and mounted TV on the wall all added to the convenience and functionality of the room. The beds were comfortable, with large, overstuffed pillows that were much better than the usual small, square ones. The bathroom was impressive with its powerful flushing toilets and center rainfall shower feature , the kids absolutely loved it. The breakfast options were top, notch, with a custom omelette bar and a variety of other delicious choices. The staff was excellent, making our stay even more enjoyable. there were a couple of areas that could use improvement. The shower pressure was a bit lackluster, which was a downside considering the nice rainfall shower head. the memory foam mattress took some getting used to, as it tended to hold shapes for too long. We also encountered bugs in our bed, which was a major disappointment and resulted in us having to deal with laundry concerns upon returning home. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience at Best Western was positive, thanks to the well, thought, out room amenities, excellent staff. If the issues with shower pressure and cleanliness are addressed, this hotel has the potential to provide an even better stay.

Perfect spot to live the Nashville music scene! The free water was a lifesaver after dancing at Nissan Stadium and Ryman Auditorium. Don't miss the gym for post-party workouts. The vibe was so on point, felt like a rockstar!
More inclusive party activities for wild nights with fellow music lovers would be epic! .

we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast at Best Western. it was delicious! had large variety of items to choose from. the location was great. just recently remodeled. the staff was absolutely amazing. all of them went above and beyond for us. let let us check in early when we arrived. the room was very clean and modern.

Best for budget travelers immersing in music heritage, with Ryman Auditorium and Country Music Hall of Fame nearby. Complimentary water, fitness room available. Walking distance to experience Nashville's music scene without the noise.
My kids wished for a larger swimming pool.

the best western was clean and close to broadway's honky tonks - around a 30-minute walk. we could leave our luggage after we checked out. the complimentary breakfast had a lot of choices - both hot and cold.

Convenient location and friendly staff. The renovated room was comfortable, and the breakfast was convenient. Unfortunately, the noise from passing cars and the outdated property were noticeable drawbacks. I’ll recommend this hotel.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic. The location was perfect, being close enough to downtown for convenience but just far enough away for a peaceful night's sleep. The highlight of our stay was definitely the delicious breakfast, with the made-to-order omelet station and a variety of other options. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with a fridge and microwave. The staff were friendly and helpful, even allowing us to use their industrial dryer when the guest one was out of order. The hotel also offered great amenities such as a fitness center and outdoor pool. Considering the price and proximity to downtown, we would definitely stay here again.
